The house was conceived as the search for a new way of life, far from urban life, appraising the River Plate riverside landscape. The requirement transcended the basic need to live, forced an existential reflection and assumed an experimental dimension of the project. The tools adopted to tackle it were the most essential of the discipline: the eloquence of space, the austerity of resources, material plasticity, light management, synthesis and abstraction. The site imposes an urban route before the access that allows the coexistence of two rotated geometric logics to be recorded: the plot of the blockage, parallel to the river coast and the diagonal cut of the route that gives us entry. The perception of the architectural object is markedly dynamic, always foreshortened, avoiding the frontality. The house with its four free faces can be seen from multiple points of view, even from public space.


이 집은 라플라타 강변의 경관을 평가하면서 도시 생활에서 벗어난 새로운 삶의 방식을 모색하는 것으로 생각되었다. 그 요구는 살아가는 기본적인 필요성을 초월하고, 실존적인 반성을 강한 프로젝트의 실험적인 측면을 맡았습니다. 이를 해결하기 위해 채택된 도구는 공간 웅변, 자원 절약, 재료 가소성, 빛 관리, 통합 및 추상화 등 이 분야에서 가장 중요한 것이었다. 부지는 접근하기 전에 도시의 경로를 부과하고 두 개의 회전 된 기하학적 논리의 공존을 기록합니다. 강변에 평행한 폐색의 플롯과 입구가 되는 루트의 대각선 컷입니다. 건축물의 인식은 현저하게 동적이며 항상 단축되고 정면성을 피합니다. 4개의 자유로운 면을 가진 집은 공공 공간에서도 다양한 관점에서 볼 수 있습니다.
