Subtraction House / FGMF

The Casa Subtração is located in the high-end residential condominium Quinta da Baroneza, in Bragança Paulista, just 90 kilometers from the city of São Paulo. The residence, designed for a couple and their teenage son, was strategically implanted on a square lot, taking advantage of the slightly sloping topography and offering a generous view. The concern of the FGMF architects in preserving the visual led to the decision to excavate the ground in the central area, thus creating an underground with an illuminated courtyard, garage, and garden at street level, raising the house about the ground.

Casa Subtração는 상파울루 시내에서 불과 90km 떨어진 브라간사 파울리스타에 위치한 고급 주택 콘도미니엄 Quinta da Baroneza에 있습니다. 부부와 십대 아들을 위해 설계된이 저택은 약간 경사진 지형을 이용하고 넓은 전망을 제공하기 위해 전략적으로 사각형 부지에 지어졌습니다. FGMF 건축가는 시각을 유지하는 데 관심이 있었기 때문에 중앙 지역의 지면을 드릴링하고 거리 수준에 조명이있는 안뜰, 차고 및 정원이있는 지하를 만들고 집을 지면 근처에 높게 하는 결정을 내렸습니다.
