West Stockbridge Residence / Resolution: 4 Architecture
This single-level modular prefab house in the Berkshires was designed as a country retreat for a couple based in NYC, with aging in place in mind. Capitalizing on the modular nature of construction, the floor plan is broken into a series of volumes that slip in the landscape, providing opportunities for a courtyard deck, private and varied views, and more glazing on the facade. The slipping nature of the plan allows variety across the different spaces of the home while allowing for separation or connectivity as desired.
버크셔에 위치한 이 1층짜리 모듈식 조립식 주택은 뉴욕에 본사를 둔 커플을 위한 시골 은신처로서 노후화를 염두에 두고 설계되었습니다. 건축의 모듈 식 특성을 활용하여 평면도는 풍경으로 미끄러지는 일련의 볼륨으로 나뉘어져 있으며 안뜰의 갑판, 개인적이고 다양한 전망, 외관의 유리의 기회를 더 제공합니다. . 계획은 미끄러운 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 집의 다양한 공간에 다양성을 부여하면서 필요에 따라 분리하거나 연결할 수 있습니다.
