Casa CIMA, located in Los Cabos, is a subtle volumetric expression adapted to the irregular shape of the land, taking advantage of it to create panoramic views and unique experiences throughout the day, towards the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Laguna. The initial concept was to create a mass by subtracting volumes, creating voids, and allowing natural light to enter, resulting in fluid spatial relationships between the interior and exterior.
로스 카보스에 위치한 Casa CIMA는 불규칙한 땅의 형태에 맞는 미묘한 체적 표현으로, 그것을 이용하여 코르테스 해와 시에라 드 라 라구나로 향하는 파노라마의 전망과 하루 종일 독특한 경험을 만들어냅니다 있습니다. 당초의 컨셉은 체적을 감산하고, 공동을 만들고, 자연광을 받아들여 덩어리를 만들었고, 그 결과 내부와 외부 사이에 유동적인 공간관계가 생긴다는 것이었습니다.
