FBL House / HGMA + Claudia Haguiara Arquitetura
Located on a corner lot in a tree-lined residential area of São Paulo, the project was based on an existing building: a one-story house from the 1940s, initially planned for demolition due to its state of preservation.
상파울루의 가로수가 이어지는 주택가의 뿔에 지어진 이 프로젝트는 기존의 건물, 즉 보존 상태가 나쁘기 때문에 당초는 철거가 계획되어 있던 1940년대의 히라야 집을 바탕으로 지어졌습니다. 했다.
