House in Katsushika / Yo Irie Architects

This is a house that was renovated from a 30-year-old steel-framed building with ALC exterior walls in Tokyo, Japan. The first floor was an office for a newspaper company, and the second and third floors were company housing. The site was an acute triangle overlooking the river to the east, and the existing plan was a simple triangle that followed the shape of the site.


도쿄도내에 있는 축 30년의 철골조 ALC 외벽 빌딩을 리노베이션한 주택입니다. 1층은 신문사의 사무소, 2·3층은 사택이었습니다. 부지는 동쪽에 강을 바라보는 예각 삼각형으로, 기존 플랜도 부지의 형상에 따른 심플한 삼각형이었습니다.
