COMPLUVIUM Pavilion / P+S Estudio de Arquitectura

COMPLUVIUM stands as an allegory to water, seeking to highlight the most characteristic climatic condition of Rouen and the wooded environment of Canteleu, the heavy rainfall that abounds throughout the year. It is a ‘spatial artifact’ with a timeless character, which, on the one hand, appears defined by a recognizable geometry, in evident contrast with the natural surroundings, and, on the other, attempts to subtly disappear through a work of linen and fiberglass skins, materials which, on contact with light, transform its appearance and end up disappearing in the landscape.


COMPLUVIUM 은 물의 우화로 존재하며, 루앙의 가장 특징적인 기후 조건과 컨트루의 삼림지대, 즉 일년 내내 풍부한 강우량을 강조하려고 하고 있습니다. "그러나 한편으로는 자연 환경과 분명히 대조적인 인식 가능한 기하학적 형상에 의해 정의된 것처럼 보이고, 다른 한편으로는, 빛에 닿으면 외관이 변화하고, 결국 풍경 속에 사라져 버리는 소재인 린넨과 유리 섬유 피부의 작품을 통해 미묘하게 사라지려고합니다.
