Nonhyeon 73 Commercial Building / See Architects

Located in an alley northeast of Hakdong Station, this project aims to maximize visibility, optimize space utilization, and enhance convenience. The building features parking entrances on both sides, allowing for the maximum width of the first-floor retail space facing the main southern road. By positioning the structure close to the southern boundary, it extends forward beyond its neighboring buildings, increasing its visibility from the main east-west direction.

학동역 북동쪽 골목에 위치한 이 프로젝트는 시인성 극대화, 공간 활용 및 편리성 향상을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 건물 양쪽에 주차장 출입구를 설치하여 남쪽 간선 도로를 향한 1층의 점포 공간의 폭을 최대한 확보하고 있습니다. 건물을 남쪽의 경계 근처에 배치함으로써 인접한 건물보다 전방으로 퍼져 동서 방향에서의 시인성을 높이고 있습니다.
