Captured in the heart of Portland, Oregon, this striking architectural marvel stands as a testament to modern design principles. The house, a blend of industrial aesthetics and contemporary flair, features a facade adorned with marine-grade plywood, complemented by sleek metal siding and sturdy concrete walls. The project brief was to maximize space on a small site with a tight budget. Most of the square footage was dedicated to an open living space, and two sleeping rooms connect to that space with large sliding panels, enabling almost the entire square footage to be united into one room, or alternately partitioned off for sleeping and privacy.

오레곤 주 포틀랜드의 중심부에 지어진이 인상적인 건축의 경이는 현대적인 디자인 원리의 간증입니다. 산업적인 미학과 현대적인 감각이 융합된 이 집은 해양 합판으로 장식된 외관을 특징으로 하며 매끄러운 금속 사이딩과 견고한 콘크리트 벽이 돋보이게 합니다. 프로젝트의 요점은 제한된 예산으로 좁은 사이트의 공간을 최대한 활용하는 것이 었습니다. 대부분의 면적은 개방형 거실 공간으로 채워져 있어, 2개의 침실이 그 공간과 큰 슬라이드 패널로 연결되어 있어 거의 모든 면적을 1개의 방에 정리하거나 침실과 프라이버시를 위해서 번갈아 구분한다 수 있습니다.
