The project is a weekend home on the Ashtamudi Lake in the tropics. It is a sustainable house with a minimal footprint, that upcycles various spaces, components, and materials from a dilapidated structure, that existed on the site. The design retains traces of the existing house while adding new spatial volumes, satisfying the functional requirements of the users. The site is located on the intermittent level of a terraced hill, sloping towards the lake shore, with access on the lower level. The site had several tropical trees, which were retained and made part of the new intervention.



이 프로젝트는 열대 지방의 아슈탐디 호수에있는 주말 집입니다. 부지 내에 존재하는 노후화한 건물을 이용해, 다양한 공간이나 부재, 소재를 업사이클한, 설치 면적을 최소한으로 억제한 지속 가능한 주택입니다. 기존 주택의 모습을 남기면서 새로운 공간 볼륨을 추가하여 사용자의 기능 요건을 충족하는 디자인이 되고 있다. 부지는 호수 해안을 향해 경사진 단언구의 간헐적인 레벨에 위치하며 아래 레벨에서 접근할 수 있습니다. 이 장소에는 몇 개의 열대 나무가 있었지만, 그들은 보존되어 새로운 개입의 일부가되었습니다.
