Gurdau Winery was founded in 2012 on a "green field" and the first vineyards were planted on the slopes above the village of Kurdějov the same year. The construction of a winery house began to be considered in 2016. It was proposed to locate the winery in the center of the vineyards, which is the most logistically and operationally efficient solution.
그루다우 와이너리는 2012년에 '녹색 들판'에 설립되었으며, 같은 해 크루제요프 마을 위의 경사면에 최초의 포도밭이 심어졌습니다. 와이너리 하우스 건설은 2016년에 검토되기 시작했습니다. 물류면에서도 운영면에서도 가장 효율적인 해결책으로서 포도밭의 중심에 와이너리를 배치하는 것이 제안되었다.
