Intec Office Building / ARCHITECTS BAN

Design elements and cognition from the Yeonnam-dong Forest Trail- The office building is located on a side road inside a block that does not directly face the Yeonnam-dong Forest Trail, but its front faces the alley leading into the side road. Taking advantage of this, we plan a building that communicates with the forest trail in a location that maximizes direct access to the forest trail.


▲ 연남동림길에서의 디자인요소와 인식 〓오피스빌딩은 연남동림길에 직접 면하지 않은 가구내 측도에 위치하고 있지만 정면은 측도로 들어가는 골목길을 향하고 있다. 이를 활용하여 임도에 대한 직접 접근을 최대한 고려한 위치에 임도와 연락하는 건물을 계획합니다.
