ARCHIVED MASS Mixed Use Building / AGIT STUDIO


This project was a renovation of a three-story mixed-use building. The first floor used to house an old hardware store, while the upper floors were residential. We renovated the first floor and basement into an art gallery and the upper floors into a single-family house. The site is in a quiet, old neighborhood full of similar buildings and was in between an old marketplace and a new art district for young artists. A handful of small art galleries were slowly emerging along the street of our site.


이 프로젝트는 3층짜리 복합 건물의 리노베이션입니다. 1층은 오래된 철물점이었고, 위층은 주택이었다. 1층과 지하를 아트 갤러리에, 상층을 호건 주택에 리노베이션했습니다. 이 장소는 비슷한 건물이 늘어서 있는 조용한 오래된 지구에 있었고 오래된 시장과 젊은 예술가들을 위한 새로운 예술 지구 사이에 있었다. 우리 사이트의 거리를 따라 몇 개의 작은 아트 갤러리가 천천히 나타났습니다.
