123 House seeks to provide my clients and the local community with a new building that sits comfortably in the suburbs, as though this building has been born from its surroundings. My clients owned and ran an Ampol service station on this site for thirty years before decommissioning it and subdividing it while maintaining it on the corner for themselves. With the local community fondly remembering their service, the memory of the former petrol station is embodied in the building fabric through various means such as the detailed concrete projections which reference the old Ampol logo, the use of colored glass which references the colors of petrol and engine oil, the balustrade inspired by the spokes of a car wheel and the letterbox that wobbles upon a vehicle suspension spring to the delight of the owners and the postie.



123 하우스는 마치 주변 환경에서 태어난 것처럼 교외에 기분 좋게 자리 잡은 새로운 건물을 고객과 지역 사회에 제공하고 싶습니다. 내 고객은 30년 동안 이 사이트에서 30년 동안 앰폴 서비스 스테이션을 소유하고 운영했지만, 그 후 폐지하고 모서리로 스스로 유지하면서 세분화했습니다. 현지 커뮤니티가 그들의 서비스를 그리워 생각해 왔으며, 이전 주유소의 기억은 오래된 앰폴 로고를 참조한 상세한 콘크리트 돌기, 가솔린 색상을 참조하는 컬러 유리의 사용 등 다양한 수단을 통해 건물의 구조로 구현되었습니다. 엔진 오일, 자동차 바퀴 스포크에서 영감을 얻은 난간, 자동차 서스펜션 스프링에서 흔들리는 우편함 등 소유자와 우체국 직원을 기쁘게합니다.
