Unlike the parcels that are standardized by the development of standardized housing sites, the small parcels in the city center, which contain the past time of the hanoks, are not so strange to us. Small construction in a small parcel is a natural result. What is the difference between Japanese small architecture and our small architecture? Perhaps it is the elimination of unnecessary spaces as much as possible, and the fundamental way of living in a small space has become a culture in a long life. On the other hand, for us, economic reasons are the first thing that works in Small architecture. Because of rising land prices, clients are looking for small parcels, architects are exploring the type of architecture that fits the scale, and users are adapting to small life. However, there is a limit to reducing the size only to maintain the thread that constitutes the space. Small architecture must be reflected in both structure and space.

규격화된 택지 개발로 규격화된 구획과 달리 한옥의 과거 시간이 남아 있는 도심부의 작은 구획은 우리에게는 그다지 이상하지 않다. 작은 구획에 소규모 건설이 이루어지는 것은 당연한 결과입니다. 일본의 작은 건축과 우리의 작은 건축의 차이점은 무엇입니까? 쓸데없는 공간을 최대한 배제하고 좁은 공간에서 사는 기본적인 삶의 방식이 긴 인생 속에서 문화가 되고 있을지도 모릅니다. 한편, 우리에게는 소규모 건축에서 경제적 이유가 먼저 작동합니다. 지가 상승으로 고객은 작은 구획을 찾고, 건축가는 규모에 맞는 건축의 종류를 모색하고, 사용자는 작은 생활에 적응하고 있습니다. 그러나 공간을 구성하는 스레드를 유지하기 위해서만 크기를 줄이는 데에는 한계가 있습니다. 작은 건축은 구조와 공간 모두에 반영되어야 한다.
