The location of the building on a small hill of the outskirts made it possible to create a 360° view of the rural surroundings and the village buildings near Heidelberg. The 2-storey building devides the hillside property into a courtyard open to the street in front of the ground floor and a private, secluded garden area behind the building. On the ground floor are the house access, garages and two offices, which are oriented to the courtyard. On the slope side storage and technical rooms are housed.

건물은 교외의 작은 언덕 위에 위치해 있어 시골 환경과 하이델베르크 근교 마을의 건물을 360도 바라볼 수 있었습니다. 2층 건물은 언덕 가운데에 있는 부지를 1층 앞의 거리를 향한 안뜰과 건물 뒤에 있는 한적한 개인 정원 지역으로 나뉘어져 있습니다. 1층에는 집 접근, 차고, 안뜰을 향한 두 개의 사무실이 있습니다. 경사면에는 창고와 기술실이 있습니다.
