The Ring House / studio prAcademics


The Ring House is located in Jaspur, the northern suburb of Ahmedabad. While a water canal passes through the site’s southern edge, agricultural fields surround the rest of the sides. With water and green fields all around and more than 120 trees, predominantly Mango and Chickoo (Sapodilla) trees, the site is an abode for a variety of birds, an important element of the biodiversity of the context. The proposed project is a weekend home for a large-sized family comprising 14 members, including four kids under ten years old. As the site is amid natural features, we intended to insert the built form carefully without tempering the existing set of features

and trees.

링 하우스는 아흐메다바드의 북쪽 교외 재스풀에 있습니다. 용수로가 부지의 남쪽 끝을 지나지만 나머지 쪽은 농지로 둘러싸여 있습니다. 주위에는 물과 녹색의 들판이 있으며, 주로 망고와 병아리(사포지라)의 나무를 중심으로 한 120개 이상의 나무들이 우거지는 이 장소는 다양한 조류의 거처이며, 이 환경의 생물다양성 의 중요한 요소입니다. 제안된 프로젝트는 10세 미만 어린이 4명을 포함하여 14명의 대가족을 위한 주말 집입니다. 이 부지는 자연 속에 있기 때문에 기존의 물건이나 나무를 깨지 않고 조심스럽게 구축 된 양식을 삽입하려고했습니다.
